Custom Basses are considered as a Specialty Bass with a different set of specifications that are different from our regular specification list at our website. 

Custom Orders for any instrument may be placed with a downpayment of 35% of the agreed upon purchase price before the special order is placed. This down-payment constitutes agreement of the product for the stated price and there are no cancellations, returns or refunds on Custom orders. 

Bombella Bass is all 100% handmade in the USA and each instrument is one-of-a-kind. The wood used on this basses are unique to every build and cannot be exacted replicated. 

The average wait for a finished Custom Bass is 6-8 weeks. This may change, depending on the volume and individual complexity of each Custom Bass.

Since a Custom order is something out of the ordinary that will help you achieve your musical goals, please be patient with the wait.

The balance of 65% of the agreed upon purchase price is due before the product is shipped to you. Failure to complete the 65% delivery price after After 4 weeks from the date of this notification to make payment. we reserve the right to sell your instrument and will consider your deposit to have been forfeited.
